we are pleased to inform that the planned separation of the Modern Aluminum Products Skawina Branch from Boryszew S.A., has been successfully implemented. Starting from January 1, 2022, all activities of the existing branch are continued by NPA SKAWINA Sp. z o.o.

Please address all correspondence, orders, bids, invoices, etc. directly to NPA SKAWINA Sp. z o.o. at ul. Piłsudskiego 23, Skawina 32-050, Poland (NIP/VAT: 9442277476, KRS/court reg. No.: 0000983019, REGON: 522618078,).

The separation took place by contributing the branch, as an organized part of the enterprise, in kind to NPA SKAWINA Sp. z o.o., with 100% of shares held by Boryszew S.A. The above took effect on January 1, 2023. The main purpose of separating the branch is organizational arrangement of Boryszew S.A.’s activities.

We would like to assure you that the activities of BORYSZEW S.A. Nowoczesne Produkty Aluminiowe Skawina branch are continued in its entirety by NPA SKAWINA Sp. z o.o., under the existing conditions. There are no further organizational or personnel changes. All existing address and contact information will remain unchanged.
