NPA Skawina’s conductors are manufactured based on international standards and on specific customer requirements. It is also possible to design and execute conductors for specific requirements of the constructed overhead lines. LOW-LOSS CONDUCTORS
Low-loss conductors is a new group of innovative structural and material solutions developed for the modern, cost-effective transmission and distribution power engineering industry. Thanks to the implemented solutions, it is possible to reduce the cables’ linear resistance which in comparison to standard solutions reduces electricity transmission losses. The structural materials used include high-strength steel wires and aluminium wires with reduced resistivity. To know more:
Packaging: NPA Skawina supplies overhead conductors in agreed sections, wound onto wooden drums or onto steel drums provided by the Customer. Internal diameters of drums: from 1,000 to 2,800 mm.
